Responsibilities

• Assist with submittals/submittals approval and revision tracking.
• Create Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Submit project preliminary information requests and project schedule requests.
• Close out packages.
• Download Fluke Tester results.
• Manage Fluke Tester calibration.
• Create and update the Project Tracker as needed.
• Assist the project manager with job tasks.
• Write and submit Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Create and print label cutsheets.
• Design shop drawings for labels.
• Deliver materials onto jobsites.
• Provide coverage for project managers on job walks.
• Create small change orders for project managers review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Knowledge in project management software.
• Background in Construction preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
