Location: Addison, Texas
Position Description
The Program Support Data Assistant will assist in managing data related to both intake and
ongoing program services. They will use Apricot case management system to enter client
information, run and review weekly reports, audit client data for reporting purposes, and assist in
tracking measurement completion. They will work alongside the Program Support Specialist and
Intake Coordinator to provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is capable
of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Assist Intake Coordinator with managing incoming referrals
- Support in monitoring intake email
- Entering new referral data and assessing for any missing information
- Updating Intake Coordinator on referral processing status
- Assist in the oversight of consent documentation
- Develop expertise in operating Apricot/Social Solutions cloud-based case management
- Support efforts to find ways for quality improvement within the system to enhance
- Assist Program Support Team with managing data related to ongoing program services
- Assist in reviewing the data by frequently running and analyzing reports
- Support in auditing data and completing grant reporting data tasks
- Support in completing data requests from the leadership team
- Be administratively available to the Vice President, Program Administrator, Intake
- Participate in weekly team meetings
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Passion for justice for survivors of sex trafficking; General knowledge - and observable
desire to grow a deeper knowledge - of sex trafficking issue and the trauma endured by
survivors
- Interest in data management and using data to capture programmatic progress
- Work ethic that demonstrates a servant leadership mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and electronically
- Highly skilled at creating, organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Knowledge of importance of data accuracy and reporting on key metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
- Exceptional computer skills – Office, Google Suite, MacOS and ability to master
Apricot/Social Solutions case management system with training from Social Solutions.
College degree or work experience in social services agency or ministry
- At least two years’ experience in an administrative/data-driven position preferred
- Proven ability and experience working closely with databases and database
management

Location of Job Duties
Job will be performed at Traffick911 offices (in Addison, TX) two to three days a week and
remotely the other days.
