Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our team supporting U.S. Army Analytic and Engineering Mission Support Services at White Sands Missile Range, NM. This position has an onsite requirement with some remote work.


Responsibilities include:

Shall be the point of contact with the Contracting Officer, and/or designated representative and shall coordinate all the work for each TO. Coordinates work for all TOs. Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities of the Contractor to ensure that contractual requirements are accomplished within time limitations and funding constraints and with the prescribed priorities. Ensures all activities of the Contractor are compatible with the current and projected TRAC models and simulations to include the linkages of Live, Virtual and Constructive simulations in an integrated or federated architecture.




Job Requirements:


A minimum of 10 years of work experience in operations research with at least seven of those years in technical management, and at least five of those years in management of U.S. Army studies and analyses supporting R&D

  • Technical management experience must encompass services similar to operations research, systems analysis, systems design, software and systems development, systems integration, application development, test and evaluation, research and development, training and user support documentation, and study director accreditation for interactive wargaming and stochastic simulations.
  • In addition, must have experience in the conduct and management of Army Analysis of Alternatives as described in the Joint Concept Integration System (JCIDS).
  • Management experience must encompass Army Analysis and Evaluation and basic accounting management

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must have an active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.


Education Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Operations Research (OR), or a Master’s degree in a related field (such as engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, etc.) from an accredited college or university and/or have been awarded the functional area specialty of Operations Research/Systems Analysis by either the military or Civil Service

Have 10 years work experience in operations research with at least seven of those years in technical management, and at least five of those years in management of U.S. Army studies and analyses supporting R&D


Other Requirements:

Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
