- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Key job responsibilities
- Deep dive current process to identify gaps and use program management best practices to build new mechanisms and SOPs to enable coordination at scale, support program roadmap, execute and iterate to continuously improve.
- Define creative, high quality, but simple initiative roadmaps based on program strategy and vision across multiple regions.
- Support mechanisms and implementation activities, processes, documentation and communications for program projects.
- Ensure proper Key Performance Indicators are set and measured, regularly report on status against program objectives.
- Lead ambiguous and undefined problems to resolution in constantly changing, multi team-based environment, work backwards from customer needs to deliver high quality outputs.
- Communicate effectively across multiple levels of organization and partner teams, building trust, and generating buy-in for the program vision.
- Work closely and collaboratively with design, program and product teams from partner teams, as well as Public Relations, Public Policy, and Legal.
- Have strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics and trends into improvement opportunities.
- Proactively measure and analyze data, identify risks/issues, provide solutions, resolve risks/issues, and overcome hurdles to drive results.
- Bring a high energy, results-oriented and resourceful mindset and quickly take control of your responsibilities.
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
