Job Description: Program Manager
Reports To: Director of Sales & Contracts
We are searching for a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of customer projects from the start through completion, ensuring that the work is finished on time and made to the customers’ specifications. Duties include but are not limited to: contract/purchase order review and entry, contract administration, acting as a customer liaison, and processing any change orders or expedite requests. Must have the ability to work across departmental boundaries, specifically engineering and manufacturing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple and diverse customers and contracts.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.
- Review contracts to make sure they meet offer set out in the quote and that the Purchase Order quality clauses and general requirements are acceptable.
- Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process to meet customers’ expectations and deadlines.
- Provide contract-related issues resolution, both internally and externally.
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Responsible for the overall execution and success of contract.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to read & interpret contracts. Understanding of contract terms and conditions, quality clauses is important.
- Experience with federal procurement process is desired but not necessary.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet customers’ expectations and processing deadlines.
- Attention to detail, organized and strong communicative skills verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and ERP experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Mon. - Thurs., 7:30am–5:30pm & Friday 7:30am-11:30am.
