Position Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Program Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of the company's goals and vision. The Program Manager will be needed on a wide variety of projects within the company.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Individual should possess experience in the customers involvement pertaining to developing, identifying change management to support integration of M&A
- Lead stakeholders from order to cash integration.
- Reports weekly/bi-weekly status of Integrations to Senior Leaders
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
- Solid analytical and computer skills
- Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development, and compliance
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Support across multiple time zones specifically West Coast Time
- Travel approximately 30% of role
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; plus, five (5) years’ experience in Program Management
- 5+ years’ experience in an Integration type role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master Black Belt
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding team building and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Visio
- Strong computer skills based around project plan, smart sheet, and Microsoft platforms
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work at a computer/keyboard.
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time.
