Job description

This supporting role performs the program coordination efforts of several key accounts, alongside program management. It leads coordination efforts and communication throughout the cross functional internal team consisting of program management, supply chain, engineering, operations, and customer service. This role plays a significant part in aligning the account and company for success.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with data analysis and pricing models.
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and ERP systems.
• Desire to grow within the organization.
• Willingness to pursue additional training and instruction.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Curiosity and interest in solving complex problems and improving processes and procedures.
• Discerning problem-solving logic and critical thinking skills.
• Financial analysis; monitoring costs and margin impact, completing appropriate pricing adjustments with accuracy.
• Ability to navigate bills of materials and product descriptions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with sincere interest in helping customers and the organization succeed.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and components of furniture construction – or interest in learning.
• May include supervising others.

• Physical demands: Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day. Duties require ability to communicate by telephone with internal and external customers. Operate computers, copy machines, phone and other standard office equipment. Using hands and fingers repetitiously. Must be able to move through a large manufacturing complex.

• Mental Demand: Must be able to read and speak English, communicate effectively with internal and external customers and determine solutions to customer needs. Must be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.

• Work environment: Requires working in an office and production plant environment, at various noise levels and airborne dust partials.
