COME GROW WITH US! Now offering a $1,500 ($750 upon hire and $750 after 6 months of employment) sign-on Bonus to hired candidates for all locations. The NEEDS Center has an opening for a Program Coordinator at our Tewksbury, MA Day Program. Hourly rate is $23-25 an hour.
The Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all daily operations of their assigned program site(s); design and implementation of all educational and clinical programs of assigned clients; design, implementation, and training of all educational and clinical programs; ISP development, reporting and monitoring; supervision and evaluation of the staff; oversight of all operational systems within and connected to the site(s).
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
- Supervises Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.
- Position is in an adult day program setting, Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a day program environment.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- MAP certification

The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 an hour
