The Westrock RTS Scarborough plant is seeking a Production Packer to support our team of Machine Operators in the manufacturing process. We offer Great pay plus overtime, Plus Full health benefits!!

Primary Functions: Pack product off of the production line, hand strip scrap off of loads, perform quality checks.

All shifts:

7am-3pm

2nd- 3pm-11pm

3rd- 11pm -7am

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hand pack product off production lines
• Hand strip scrap off of units
• Perform all quality processes
• Work in a safe manner
• Must follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Performs other duties as required

EXPERIENCE/REQUIRED SKILLS:

• High School/GED Diploma Required
• Must be able to work on your feet
• Must be quality conscious
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be highly safety conscious.
• Lifting up to 50lbs required.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to do simple math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be able to read well enough to fully comprehend all forms and paperwork associated with this job.
• Must be able to write legibly enough to fill out all forms and paperwork associated with this job.
• Must be able to see and inspect figures and objects clearly at distances close to the eyes and accurately determine small flaws or defects in said objects.
