PRODUCTION WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and comprehend order instructions and follow established procedures
- Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of end products
- Select or modify materials according to measurements and specifications
- Align material and put together parts to build more complex items
- Be mindful of workmanship to ensure highest quality
- Keep records of production quantities
- Report on issues, malfunction, or defective materials
PRODUCTION WORKER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read a ruler for measurements
- Able to be standing up for up to 8 hours
- Ability in using hand tools and some machines
- Good understanding of quality principles
- Ability to work well in a team environment
