We are fortunate to have many of our Employees celebrate career longevity with their 30+ years of service. With their up coming retirements from the work force, we have room for you! Do you have experience in Manufacturing? Great! If not, no problem! We can provide on the job training. We have a variety of job picks in the Production Team Member classification. You can choose to do the same work everyday or change it up everyday! You can also bid for other jobs like Product Inspector, Saw Operator, Forklift Driver, Storeroom Attendant, and Steel Receiver.

Production Team Member Job Responsibilities:

• visually inspect forged crankshafts (training provided)
• ensure the crankshaft meets customer specifications (training provided)
• operate equipment such as: visual inspection station, grinder, hoist, and conveyor (training provided)

Your profile

• 0-2 years of experience plus a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent
• Eager and willingness to learn- We can teach you everything for the job!
• dependable and reliable
• work well with others
