Job Summary/Objective

Titan International, Inc., a global leading wheel and tire assembly manufacturer for the agriculture, construction, forestry and mining markets, is seeking Production Supervisors to join our 2nd and 3rd shifts at Titan Tire Corporation, located in Des Moines, IA.

The primary function of this position (Production Supervisor) is to lead 10-20 department employees and to assure compliance with all safety, quality, and quantity standards. Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment. Assists in driving production by coordinating and organizing work for smooth operation. Uses independent judgment and requires a high degree of confidentiality.

Required Knowledge/Skills
- Exceptional leadership ability - trains, evaluates and reviews all department employees and assures adherence to current procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a positive mindset
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Base Salary: $56,000/year
+Additional compensation for OT and weekend hours worked
+Bonus potential is based on individual/plant performance
