Paramount Metals Inc. DBA Metal Mall is a small business in Mayfield, KY. We are professional.
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in our effort to expand production capacity. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality control, and is capable of implementing effective production policies and procedures. In addition, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for training new hires, ensuring that all employees are up-to-date on company policies and supervising the execution of managerial decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the assembly process and make sure that quality standards are being maintained.
- Work with managers on production schedules.
- Oversee the production staff and make sure that the assembly line is running smoothly.
- Ensure the proper use of equipment and follow safety regulations.
- Work with managers to determine what products need to be produced.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $33,280.00 per year
