Summary:
In this role, you will provide support to the Sg2 Creative Services team. You will manage the end of production workflow tasks for print and digital formats and develop PowerPoint presentations to the support internal business partners and colleagues. You will coordinate file preparation, uploads, inventory tracking and Quality Control reviews for the Sg2 Online print/ship web portal.
Responsibilities:
  • Create exacting production files that comply with project specifications, master template protocols and manufacturing standards for multiple distribution channels that include but are not limited to digital, social media and print.
  • Create electronic layouts, review files, proof and ensure pre-flighting.
  • Meet timeline and quality standards for all project deliverables.
  • Coordinate production files for t Sg2 online print/ship website Storefront.
  • Work closely with the Print Production Manager to to upload, print and ship client and conference materials
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations for senior executive audience.
  • Manage project goals and ensure corporate brand guidelines are adhered.
  • Maintain archives on a cross-platform network.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure process and project issues are communicated in a clear and timely manner.
  • Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, andworkload conflicts.
  • Promote organizational efficiencies through improvements in workflow and business practices, particularly as related to presentations and templated materials
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Creative Services department by fostering positive relationships with team, stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience producing templated PowerPoint presentations in a corporate, agency or high-volume publishing environment required.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume fast paced production environment.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to details while managing processes.
  • Project management and communication skills working with high-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of technology used in uploading files (FTP, web portals), pre-press and commercial printing processes.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$51,900.00 - $75,150.00
