Pay and Benefits
- Sign on Bonus! $500.00 will be paid after 3 months of employment, $1,000.00 will be paid after 6 months of employment
- Starting wage of $17.00 per hour
- On the job training for additional pay increases to a pay rate of over $20.00 per hour
- Paid Weekly
- Full time, 12 hour days 3 and 4 working days per week, see our shift schedule below:
A shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 6am to 6pm
C shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 6pm to 6am
B shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 6am to 6pm
D shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 6pm to 6am
- D shift has a shift premium
- Annual pay increase

- Eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation, after 90 days of employment

Job Description
The Production Technician is responsible for operating automated equipment associated with the processes of extrusion or casting. The Production Technician must meet these responsibilities while following job safe practices, standard operating procedures, and meeting quality requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No experience necessary
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment and on problem solving activities
- Previous experience operating a forklift and other mobile equipment, a plus
- Must be able to work any shifts
