1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am - 3pm

Pay: $19/ hour PLUS $2000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Redwing, MN

Job Summary:

Efficiently operates semi-automated printing machines. Ensures that the proper supplies are being used for printing and changing out tooling to accommodate the product to be printed. Monitors pre-treatment process and automatic feeding systems for maximum output. . Reads and follows Manufacturing Orders to make sure orders are printed according to specifications. Inspects product to ensure quality, packs finished goods to ensure order accuracy to meet customer expectations. Completes DCT reporting and necessary daily paperwork as instructed, including production log of quantity produced, scrap and related information. Performs preventive maintenance duties. Actively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement by demonstrating flexibility and commitment to cross train training and helping other departments to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Must by 18 years or older.
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments and/or minor repairs to equipment
• Must be able to follow companies safety policies to preform assigned worked duties safety and in accordance
• Able to effectively create working relationships with other associates
• Able to maintain a clean and neat work area
• You must accept the requirement to work overtime as a condition of employment.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift 25lbs repetitively
