• Starting pay $24.00/hour + $3.00/hour weekend premium - earn $55,000+ in the first year
• Work only 14 days a month
• 2 weekends off every month
• $1,300 retention bonus within 9 months

We are looking for Production Operators to help us create the future of fibers! Our Production Operators provide support to multiple departments by assisting and/or operating paper mill equipment, including material handling equipment and tools, obtaining supplies for operators, and performing general housekeeping. Your safety is our first priority – we provide the training and resources you need to keep yourself and others safe at work.
