$3 Shift Premium

Training to take place on 1st shift, would be moved to 2nd or 3rd shift after training.

Reads blueprints and job travelers for part specifications, such as dimensions, tooling instructions, fixtures, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and determination of the sequence operations.

· Observes operation and can regulates tool position and action.

· Performs accurate and timely inspections required by the job sheet/print, the set up/floor supervisors, the Quality Assurance department, and the Manufacturing Manager.

· Identifies and separates all nonconforming parts.

· Produces parts at a rate that meets or exceeds production standards.

· Performs all secondary operations and inspections, including deburring and cleaning all parts produced.

· Able to handle minor trouble shooting problems and interpret a variety of verbal or written instructions.

· Has a working understanding of basic math principles.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

· Able to take measurements to verify part conformance to the print.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
