Hire Direct is currently seeking several Production Operators to join an established and encouraging manufacturing company in Boyceville, WI. These positions are Direct Hire with opportunity for growth and professional development. As a Production Operator you will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems to produce Specialty Powders and Yeast Extracts.

Work Schedule:
2nd Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00am - 12-hour shifts - 3 days on 4 days off / 4 days on 3 days off
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment such as spray dryers, evaporators, blenders, packaging equipment, and other machinery. Ensuring materials are available for production manufacturing. Inspecting and testing finished products. Identifying problems with production or manufactured goods. Communicating solutions for production challenges with quality assurance.
Requirements:

Only 2+ years of previous manufacturing experience, or related field.
Mechanically Inclined - Troubleshooting- determine causes of problems and errors and resolve them Ability to maintain certification to operate a forklift Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance.
