Description:
Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) is seeking a Production Manager to supervise the day-to-day operational and production output of OCE business units at TRCI which include: Laundry, Upholstery, and Wood Fabrication. This position is located in the beautiful city of Umatilla, OR. The Production Manager will create a world-class, lean operation that is focused on OCE's customers and flexible enough to adapt to changing customer needs. This role provides leadership and creates change to improve on processes, quality, safety, cost, and efficiency throughout operations. The ideal candidate will encourage teamwork and collaboration while providing a positive work environment. This position supports the General Manager and partners with the Department of Corrections (DOC) superintendent and institution staff with the common goals of Measure 17 compliance (Adults in Custody work skills development and institution safety and security). This position offers a competitive compensation package including employer paid health, vision, dental, paid time off, and retirement through the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), and 11 paid holidays per year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,878.00 - $114,084.00 per year
