Production Manager / Foreman
Romulus, MI

Available Shift
– 1st shift, 7 am - 3:30 pm (moving to 2nd following a training period)

Responsibilities
– Effectively communicate daily job expectations to production supervisors and staff; monitor productivity.
– Coach, develop, and train new employees in assigned areas.
– Maintain workflow by monitoring procedures, progress, and personnel assignments.
– Ensure operation efficiency by calling for repairs and evaluating issues.
– Enforce quality standards, spot check inspection of materials for defects.
– Consistently enforce the procedures and policies.

Requirements
– Previous production supervision is required.
– Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields (preferred, not required).
– Knowledge of metal finishing (preferred, not required).
– Strong leadership qualities.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Perform the job safely while adhering to company safety standards.
