DTC Workforce Management is now interviewing upbeat, friendly, outgoing candidates for the Onsite Team Lead position on our team in York, PA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage staffing and Client Needs
• Build/Maintain relationships with floor supervisors
• Generate management reports as needed
• Oversee employee retention

PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excel and Word experience
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to multitask
• Friendly and Outgoing
• Strong written and verbal communication

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical requirements include repetitive standing, walking, & moderate lifting
• Wear long pants, slip-resistant, steel-toe shoes
• Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Production/Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
