Production Coordinator


Responsibilities:

Communicate with manufacturers and clients via phone and email regarding orders & shipping information

Responsible for pricing of items and preparing quotes for customer orders
Responsible for print on multiple materials
Has overall understanding of print, PMS, CMYK, Foil, Embossed, converting, and diecut.
Oversees and manages the production of the job from the time the project begins through the completion of the given project deliverables.
Heavy data entry, moderate phones
May participate in presentations, meetings, etc. and attend industry trade shows
Materializing the client’s request and offering additional products based on their needs
Heavy research and the ability to negotiate pricing and production time

Other duties as assigned, based on business requirements

Qualifications:

Proficient in excel (quotes)
Efficient problem-solving capabilities
Quick learner
Negotiating pricing and product time
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and via email
Must be able to take direction
Exceptional organizational skills
Must work well under pressure, on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
Excellent attention to detail

1-2 years of Production/printing experience is a must within consumer goods. Experience in sourcing is a plus!
