Production Coordinator

CCG is seeking a motivated professional who is interested in growing with a rapidly expanding and profitable division that works with a variety of customers from start up to large Fortune 500 corporations. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, hardworking, organized & capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates Inbound orders & coordinates inbound shipment of customer materials.
• Creates staging orders and coordinates material movement for jobs which touch multiple departments.
• Manual input of customer orders.
• Create shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments with our dock
• Run and send tracking reports.
• Handle customer facing correspondence.
• Monitors shipping/receiving and confirms order status.
• Billing from supplied purchase order.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Client focused – they are the purpose of our day.
• Ability to work in a team structure, as well as independently.
• E-Mail management skills.
• Willing to take on challenges to learn and grow your skills.
