**Overtime Eligible**

**Associate's Degree in business or related field or 5 years of manufacturing experience with a HS Diploma or GED required.**

As directed by the Manager and Assistant Manager, the Specialist will

• Develop and manage the forecasting system translating sales data to plant operational data.

• Support the budgeting process through forecasting and analysis.

• Develop and communicate support of delivery, inventory.

• Assure accurate and timely communication with internal and external customers.

• Participate in the coordination and release of new products.

• Facilitate cross-function decision-making terms.

• Support and work with supervisors and managers to determine capabilities and communicate them to the rest of the team.

Must display competencies in:

• Knowledge with manufacturing/financial system applications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems

• Proficient personal computer and software skills

• Leadership (team development, ability to influence, organizational awareness)

• Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer orientation)

• Communication (verbal communication, listening, written communication)

• Judgment and thinking (strategic thinking, original thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving)
