Overview

As a high growth and dynamic business, Cirkul needs the Production Clerk(s) to on-board quickly, assess accurately, and improve continuously all aspects of the production confirmation and inventory execution systems. The Production Clerk is responsible for the accurate and complete accounting and traceability of Cirkul's production including daily, weekly, and monthly production confirmations, cycle counting, and assisting with inventory management. The Production Clerk will verify production outcomes against the bill of materials for all SKUs and daily production. The Production Clerk will work closely with Operations, Planning, Inventory, and Finance to solve discrepancies to root cause and develop innovative and sustainable countermeasures to prevent recurrence. The Production Clerk will need to be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, a critical eye for errors, and be hardworking.

Responsibilities:

• Run production reports and interpret data.

• Compare planned and actual production data
• and manage discrepancies with the appropriate partners.

• Troubleshoot daily, weekly, and monthly production execution.
• Update Bill of Materials.
• Ensure adequate supply of raw/pack/WIP materials are available for production.

• Assist in month end/quarter end/year end physical counts.
• Complete daily cycle counts as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in data interpretation.
• 1+ year experience with an ERP in a production/manufacturing environment.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
