Tar Heel Basement Systems, a Groundworks Company, is growing rapidly and seeks a proven Production Administrative Assistant.
We specialize in crawlspace moisture control, basement waterproofing, and foundation repair.
We serve Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Burnsville, Linville, Lenoir, Taylorsville, Sparta, Hudson, Roaring Gap, King, Lewisville, Walkertown, Yadkinville, Spruce Pine, West Jefferson, Jefferson, Winston-Salem, Thomasville, Mount Airy, Elkin, Clemmons, Lexington, High Point, and other surrounding areas.

The Production Administrative Assistant must enjoy customer service and be able to project an energetic attitude, warm welcome and positive image of Groundworks.
This position handles workflow for customer service calls, production and service technician interaction. Support administrative needs of a busy customer service-based industry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
- $17/hr plus opportunity for commission on service plans
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential
- Must be self-motivated and diligent in following through with tasks until completion
- Customer's main contact throughout the cycle of their installation
- Work with customers to confirm installation dates and understand expectations prior to install
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Responsible for daily calendar and customer needs for 10-12 crews
- Quality Assurance Calls after every project, including collection inquiries
- Weekly packets for customers and crews
Job Requirements:
- High School Degree/GED
- 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Previous call center or customer service preferred
- Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
- Excellent computer skills
- Great oral and verbal communication
