Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Product Support Representative II in Jacksonville FL to help clients with product support by resolving incoming inquiries by working closely with the client and by understanding their technical and functional requirements. Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. Perform Product Lifecycle Management (included analysis, design, development, implementation, support, and enhancement). Support product quality programs and product development (Using technologies like Microsoft Azure, MS Visio (Data Flow Diagrams). Recreate client issues in test environment, identified/documented how applications and systems interact to support business processes. Resolved client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Work with clients in the USA and providing implementation, upgradation, and installation of the product at client site. Resolve client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Utilize interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise to respond to daily client-centric activities.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to perform database debugging and backend data manipulation; debugging software using SQL, Python and C+; working with FIS Credit Assessment (f/k/a Optimist), DataHub, Data Warehousing and IdP/ Authentication Services to perform debugging and troubleshooting of bugs, errors and undesirable/unexpected software behavior; working with clients via email, phone, and video conference to debug and resolve software errors and bugs; and utilizing TeamSupport and Atlassian Jira to log and track client support cases, bugs, and enhancements.
