Job Overview:
This position will be remote, and will entail a mixture of phone, email, and chat support for our applications for dental offices based in the US.
This position has set hours, Monday - Friday, paid holidays, and full benefits. This position will require multi-tasking, cross department communication, and focuses on efficient and quick speed to resolution service.
Day to Day Operations:
- Omni-Channel Support (Chat, Phone, and Email)
- Collaboration with support team members, and other departments
- Engaging with clients as a product specialist for all needs
(questions, troubleshooting, updates, etc.)
- Individual and Team-Based Problem Solving to Ensure Quick and Efficient Customer Service
- Connecting to clients via remote software
- Working with third parties (Primarily IT Companies)
Required Experience:
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members, including: support, trainers, developers, managers, and administrators.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Critical thinking/Troubleshooting
- Self Manage Workload (Prioritization, Time Management)
- Ability to be self-directed, prioritize tasks, and most importantly, support our customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Recommended Experience:
- Technical Support Background
- Understanding of Windows Operating System(s)
- Understanding of General Networking Concepts
- Experience with Multi-Channel Support
- Work from Home Experience
