Better starts and ends with the customer
In this product management leadership role, you will own the design and launch of new products and services that our customers will love. Working closely with the marketing, pricing, design, finance, and operations teams help you ensure successful product launches. You are expected to review market and competitor analytics, identify risks and opportunities, create a roadmap from concept to completion, and work with different business units to bring a vision to life. You will communicate the vision and the needs to the executive leadership and across business units, and make strategic decisions to move the project forward to completion.

A bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience is required for this post. you are expected to have 5-7 years of experience in product management, product design, or product strategy. To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of analytics and a drive to understand the customer perspective. You will be required to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and possess the ability to clearly articulate a vision and its requisites across multiple business units and executive teams. You are also presumed to thrive in a team that deals with shifting targets and the undefined and to bring understanding and direction where it’s needed.

The on-target earnings range is $140,746-187,663, which includes a base salary of $117,289-156,386, short-term (15% of base), and long-term (5% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
