We're looking for someone who has 4-10 years of UX, UI, or product design experience. A candidate should have design experience working in a top tier tech startup that has a high bar for talent, this can be tech startups like Retool, Stripe, Google, Apple, Square, Dropbox, and more. An ideal candidate would also have experience working in an early stage tech startup (Seed/Series A/Series B) that has experienced a lot of growth while they were then and experience ideally leading design for technical projects and working closely with the engineering teams while there.

Tasks

We believe that the future of brand loyalty will be powered by NFTs. We are building a no-code, enterprise solution that helps brands increase customer LTV by harnessing the power of web3 to better incentivize users and supercharge customer loyalty. Our software helps brands verify users wherever they may be, enabling users to earn and be rewarded for taking actions that brands desire.

Our customers include top brands across food and bev, e-commerce and retail, hospitality, and entertainment. We recently announced our $16M Series A round of financing led by Paradigm. Other investors include Tiger Global, Kevin Durant’s Thirty Five Ventures, Mr. Beast’s Night Ventures, Green Bay Ventures, Shrug Capital, Scott Belsky, Tiffany & Co.’s Alexandre Arnault, and founders and executives from brands including Warby Parker, Allbirds, Bombas Socks, Harrys, Cotopaxi, Madhappy, MUD\\WTR, Blank Street Coffee, FuboTV, Overtime, and several others.

Requirements

Ideal candidate traits

Degree at Top 25 US University

4-10 years of product design, UI, and UX experience

⌨️ Experience designing technical projects and working with engineering teams

• ️ Familiar with user research and user research methodologies
• ️ Profficient in Figma (and similar design tools) and able to develop wireframes and prototypes

Experience delivering multiple projects with cross-disciplined teams

Able to extend past the scope of a typical product design role

⏳ Ability to balance delightful design with the need to move quickly and iterate.
