FRNCH USA is in search of an extremely focused, organized, and fast-learning star colleague to help as a PRODUCT COORDINATOR. This is an administrative, in-office position. As a fashion wholesaler, we have many SKUs that come and go in two 6-month seasons. The right candidate will coordinate the production and inventory of our apparel products. Additional help with sales and purchase orders is requested during times when new product coordination has been accomplished.
Ability to work within Microsoft Excel is highly desirable. Willingness to learn and/or make processes more efficient is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
Product Coordination:
- Help track production of goods in China and advise FRNCH USA team on delivery/ETA.
- Build style profile by uploading new style/collection information (description, pricing, photos, inventory) into our ERP system (AIMS360).
- Input Work-In-Progress (WIP) production quantities into our global inventory system (AIMS360).
- "Check in" or convert the WIP quantities to actual stock quantities upon stock arrival from China.
- Coordinate pricing, ticketing, and delivery schedule of all salesmen samples.
- Update linesheets on JOOR for new incoming collections and remove sold out merchandise.
- Sold out merchandise: Update sales representatives weekly on sold out stock and request samples to be returned.
- Organize and oversee warehouse sample sale events to help liquidate sales samples every month or every two months.
- Update sales representatives monthly on state of the collection (new, old, overstock sales, etc.).
- Assist in overstock sales and the preparation of overstock presentation assets to help sell overstock goods (linesheet creation, inventory check, shipment preparation, etc.)
Sales Assistance:
- Support the Senior Customer Service Representative approve and import orders into the AIMS system
- Check various online wholesale platforms for orders and approve and import orders into the system
- Help to input department store orders into the AIMS system.
- Tradeshow travel is possible.
Terms of Employment:
- Full time position, 40 hours per week.
- Office Hours: M-F 9AM to 5:30PM w/30 minute break.
- $25+ / hour DOE. Bi-Weekly. Direct deposit available.
