Description:Manage purchase orders and subcontracts with general supervision. Responsible for entire procurement process including quotation and order placement, managing supplier delivery and quality performance, and managing close out of the procurement transaction. Work closely with Program office, Operations, Planning, Finance, Tech Ops, and site sourcing lead to ensure program requirements are satisfied.
Basic Qualifications:
excellent interpersonal skills enabling the candidate to operate in a high stress, high volume environment.
experience in creating RFQs for commodities procurements
Previous LM experience
Bachelors degree
