Johnson & Johnson Procurement is recruiting for a Digitization and Process Lead, located in New Brunswick, NJ.

The Procurement Digitization and Process (PD&P) Lead will be responsible for management and governance of the $30MM Digital Portfolio for the function. This will include providing Leadership with monthly spend analytics and insights to the Technology Budget and support of key financial milestones (e.g., Long Range Financial Planning, annual Business Planning). This leader will partner cross-functionally with Finance, JJT and Global Services to ensure value is delivered from our digital investments. This leader will manage the value and business impact associated with our key strategic programs and communicate through quarterly scorecards and work with their leadership in developing the Procurement Digital Impact report to articulate outcomes. The PD&P Lead will support the global digital strategy and oversee internal operational processes to increase the efficiency of the Process & Policy organization. The PD&P Manager will be responsible for leading special projects using agile best practices. Success in this role will require an agile and digital mindset including an understanding of the behaviors and practices to support Procurement’s agile ways of working and digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly Digital Portfolio Steer Co meetings
  • Manage monthly portfolio analytics, quarterly scorecards and supporting dashboards
  • Delivery of Digital Portfolio KPIs and metrics for all reviews in support of return on investment, TCO and Portfolio Benchmarking activities
  • Oversee the Procurement Digital Strategy Site and manage the information on processes and Policy Documentation within compliance to the digital communication strategy
  • Oversight of the Procurement SharePoint site security, standard processes, and access/permissions
  • Ownership of the Global Process and Policy Blueprint and work in close collaboration with the Global Process Owner and Global Policy Leader to Ensure Changes are tracked
  • Serve on Global Process and Policy Governance Councils and document meetings with Process and Policy leaders.
  • Serve as an active member of the Procurement PMO Team

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:

  • BA/BS required
  • Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Strong technical and critical thinking skills to effectively assess risk, develop contingency plans and advance to leadership
  • Creative, flexible and adaptable leader with an agile and continuous improvement approach that thrives in a fast-paced and multifaceted work environment
  • Experience rolling out capabilities across geographies and business sectors
  • Good understanding of Agile and Design-Thinking principles
  • Experience in driving engagements and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., GS, JJT, Legal & Finance)
  • Proven partner management abilities

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and experience of Procurement processes and technologies is preferred
  • Healthcare Industry Experience
  • Strong communication & presentation skills; can speak confidently across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience

Other:

  • Up to 10% travel
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ 97,000 to $ 166,800
  • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
