Job description
The Concordia University Texas Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program is seeking a part time Exam Proctor at our site in Farmers Branch. The Exam Proctor is responsible for overseeing the testing computers are ready for students, monitoring what the students bring into the exam and ensure all policies are followed properly. This is a collaborative team that will assist with training and support.

Site Address: 11511 Luna Road, Suite 600, Farmers Branch
Schedule: Part time, Mon-Fri, hours vary based on student exam schedule
What You Will Do:
- Maintain computer testing room(s) by preparing rooms in advance of scheduled exams
- Monitor computers; assure operational status; troubleshoot common problems
- Proctor computer-based exams, provide technical assistance as needed
- Validate appropriate identification as necessary for admission to exam, help students log in to necessary exam and follow established protocol for integrity breaches
What You Will Have:
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills; positive attitude required
- Holds high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, internet and email
- Must be able to collaborate well with others
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must be prompt and have a sense of time limits
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
