Job description

Job Responsibilities:

·Supporting Industrial project management with Internal (Grupo Antolin) equipment moves, consolidation and/or expansion
·Provide timing and activity reports to the Industrial project manager and help resolve technical problems to ensure minimal operation delays
·Follow the corporate procedures that relate to TS requirements, process cards, and Quality Operations Systems
·Provide technical direction and manufacturing support to the plant teams
·Implement process equipment modifications to increase productivity and machine reliability
·Coordinate efforts with product engineering, manufacturing and quality functions to implement production improvement projects
·Adjust, monitor and document technical processes
·Work with the team to troubleshoot and develop production methods that are efficient and safe.
·Represent Antolin in a professional manner at customer and plant locations.Abides by all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations promoting safety in the workplace
Generate and lead cost reduction improvements

Job Qualifications:

·5-7 years of related experience in process/manufacturing engineering

Education:

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within a mechanical/manufacturing engineering discipline

Additional Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

·Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
·Strong analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills
·Project Management skills
·Professional and effective communication and representation skills
·Must be very organized and detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
·Plastics interiors knowledge
·Able to travel for business
