Summary:
The Process Engineer will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects focused on packaging and transformation processes through material handling automation. This position requires 40% domestic travel.
Responsibilities:
- Support production and warehouse logistics functions through troubleshooting/root cause analysis and solutions development
- Work with various departments to develop outbound packaging solutions
- Lead various packaging optimization and sourcing projects
- Manage packaging databases and develop data life cycle management
- Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce manufacturing costs
- Recognize and adopt best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- At least 1 year of prior experience in an industrial environment
- Ability to travel 40%

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
