Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge in West St. Paul offers senior living with services to 127 customers, a 37-bed transitional care and rehabilitation center, 24 memory care apartments and 10 care suites.

Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Rehab team.
Schedule:
On-call availability: Every 4th Saturday required - set rotation. Other shifts as needed.
Minimum requirement would be 1 Saturday per month and 1 holiday per year

Minimum qualifications:

• MN Occupational Therapist license
• Two years of experience as an OTR
• Proven positive skills in working successfully with a team or independently
• Diverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior population
• Creative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment to the patients we serve
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
