Position Summary

Menasha Corporation is looking for an individual to assist press operator(s) in all areas of operation of the printing press. These positions are responsible for set up and operation of Press equipment to customer-supplied specifications while maintaining production by planning and organizing jobs and continuously monitoring quality. Additionally, operators are responsible for cleanliness and keeping press maintained mechanically and assisting their assigned Print Operators with day-to-day needs. Our manufacturing employees take pride in being the best in the packaging and print press operation business for our clients. We work in a fast-paced environment focused on creating great work for our customers.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance
• Loading of paper
• Maintain ink and water levels
• Operate feeder
• Wash up press
• Control operations of the sheeter
• Produce quality cut sheets at set production standards
• Keep records for evaluation of production
• Establish tech-skills to support our sheeting operation

Education Required
None
Education Desired
High School Diploma or Equivalent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Pay increase when training period is completed

• Climate controlled facility
• Benefits after 30 days
• Previous Manufacturing experience a plus but we do provide training on the job.
