This is a Part-Time position funded for FY 2023
General Description
This position will manage demographic and program data which includes, but is not limited to 1) data collection 2) storage 3) retrieval4) information sharing as appropriate 5) data reporting 6) data analysis and 7) data usage for the prevention program. It is important that program data collected be entered in a timely fashion, is comprehensive, accurate, complete, and accessible to the program staff and others as appropriate. Data collected includes survey data, pre and post-tests, qualitative and quantitative data from meetings and events and event evaluations. This position will assist with department newsletter, website content and social media outlets.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Three years' experience working in education, health, social services, business, or law enforcement field, required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must possess strong computer software skills
• Must have working knowledge of data tracking software, preferably eCivis or similar software program
• Ability to work across disciplines
• Must be a good role model for youth and adults and work with both
• Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
• Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
• Requires a high level of problem solving skills
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
• Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
• Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
• Must have a clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
