We are seeking teachers for our 5-Star Step Up To Quality Rated Center to help us impact the lives of children in our community. The ideal candidate will relate warmly and with understanding to preschool aged children and their families, including those with diverse abilities and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engages with children in their learning, growth and development and provides referrals for additional supports when appropriate
• Shares responsibility with other teammates (3 co-teachers in each classroom with 15-18 children) for daily classroom operations, including planning and carrying out age-appropriate activities and learning objectives
• Establishes effective relationships with parents and support and encourage their involvement in and out of the classroom
• Follows local, state and federal policies and guidelines for proper health and safety, proper supervision, required documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with pre-school aged children
• Full-Year or School Year positions available
