MELA VPK, Full-Time, Part-Time, & Substitute Preschool Teachers:
McGregor Early Learning Academy is currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, VPK, and Substitute Preschool Teachers. As early education leaders, we are making a strong, lasting, positive impact on children every day. Join our talented team, where we inspire children to be lifelong learners! Through our center based, Christian curriculum, our affectionate and loving staff ensures that our children are imparted with the knowledge to succeed.
Benefits for full-time teachers include health, dental, vision and 2 weeks paid vacation with an additional paid week off- Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day.

Our Teachers:

  • Build professional relationships with our MELA families.
  • Are caring, compassionate and love what they do! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all MELA standards.
  • Strive to create exciting and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow teachers.
  • Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Qualifications:
CDA and/or 45 hour state mandated training required; however, this training may be obtained within the first year of employment.
Hours vary from 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm. No weekends!
