Job Description:

Our Pre-K Counts Assistant Teachers at Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) are instrumental in supporting the Lead Teachers in creating an environment that supports a child’s natural desire to explore, experiment, and discover.

What are a Pre-K Counts Assistant Teacher’s skills and qualifications?

• A minimum of an active CDA; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in ECE preferred
• At least two (2) years or a minimum of 2,500 hours of childcare experience
• Ability to supervise staff effectively
• Ability to speak, hear, read, write, and generally understand English sufficiently to give directions and communicate with both children and adults
