Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals that are interested in becoming Electricians. This full-time Position is our starting point for becoming a Licensed Electrical Apprentice. As a Pre-Apprentice, you will work for Hunt Electric in a controlled environment to get a basic understanding of Safety, Tools, Equipment, Material, and Fundamentals of Electrical Construction.

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, with a goal-oriented mindset for continual growth.

• Be a self-starter.
• Be dependable.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN PRE-APPRENTICE

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 100lbs

This full-time Pre-Apprentice position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. As a full-time Pre-Apprentice electrician, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO). WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.
