Postal Shipping And Receiving Clerk/ Business Centre Assistance

The Helpdesk desk/Shipping And Receiving Clerk performs daily delivery, order fulfillment, packaging, receiving, and shipment duties of component boxes and materials. Conducts scheduling of orders, ensures accuracy of packaging products, and scans barcodes within the Postal mate and Package HUB system. Works with other employees and delivery partners such as FEDEX, DHL, UPS and USPS

Responsible for the packaging within the shipping system, daily component packaging, and customer customization order filing within the delivery and packing system.

Setting up credit card machines and label printers

Scheduling package pickups

Processing fingerprint appointments

Assisting customers with Tech needs

Schedules orders and ensures accuracy of packaging products, double boxing

Completes daily inbound receiving of product and packages and notifies recipients accordingly.

Scans barcodes of shipping modules to the SAP system for record keeping

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
