Olshan Foundation Repair in Raytown, MO is currently seeking a Polyurethane Leader to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 4-6 employees. Olshan Foundation Repair has been around since 1933! We are the premier Foundation Repair experts and enjoy helping families with their home foundation repair needs. Principle duties and responsibilities:
- Install polyurethane foam injections with careful consideration and precision.
- Manage and train crew members in construction methods, operation of equipment, and safety procedures policies.
- Communicate with managers, technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to coordinate projects and resolve problems.
- Interact and communicate effectively with customers to ensure trust and understanding.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by explaining the polyurethane process.
- Safely operate and properly maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Clean and prepare construction areas to eliminate possible hazards.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of recent Polyurethane injection experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have a favorable driving record and background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Organized, detailed and able to follow practices/procedures
