FUNCT ION - Responsible for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction and favorable gaming experience.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet Poker customers.

Answer telephone in Poker Room.

Provides information to guests regarding games, tournaments and current promotions.

Maintain waiting lists for all Poker games using the Bravo system.

Page Poker Customers when seats are available and escort players to tables as needed.

Maintain constant contact with Poker Customer Service Liaison to ensure proper servicing of customers.

Promote positive customer and team member relations at all times.

Assists Poker Dealers and helps accommodate poker players.
Exchange chips for cash and cash for chips for Poker Dealers and Poker Customers.
Act as Host and Cashier as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Prior guest service, poker experience and/or poker certificate preferred

Maintains interpersonal working relationships among all personnel and customers.

Oral and written communication skills.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

High school or GED equivalent.
At least one year of poker experience and/or training.

Must be able to obtain a Gaming License from the DBPR. Employer will assist with this process.

Pay: $11.00 - $11.01 per hour
