We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated individualfor our expanding Radiant Heat Installation Team. This team installs a variety of radiant heating systems. Sundance Power is the local leader in designing and installing these highly efficient renewable energy systems.

Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, radiant heat, hydronics are all desired. We will train the right person- a great work ethic is our most desired skill! This is a full-time position based out of our Weaverville, NC office.

Job Responsibilities and Skills Needed:

• Ability to learn fast and work hard
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to safely and properly operate hand and power tools
• Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Must have valid driver license and ability to safely operate company vehicle with trailers attached

Experience:

• Experience installing Radiant Floor systems is preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction trades, plumbing, or HVAC, and/or construction fields and proficiency in proper troubleshooting techniques
• HVAC or Plumbing licenses/certifications/experience is a plus but not required.
• You must have a valid driver license and the ability to safely operate company vehicles with trailers attached.

This position requires working in the outside environment, including crawl spaces; you must be able to lift 50 lbs. Strong customer service skills and clean driving record are required. Technical AAS or military experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time; Benefits: available after 90 days of employment.

• Profit sharing based on tenure

• Up to 120 hours of vacation and 80 hours of wellness per year

Salary: $36,000 to $40,000 a year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
