Located just minutes away from all of the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends or your next family vacation. We are looking for a Full Time Player’s Club Representative that will be responsible for representing the Tuscany Casino, assisting guests and facilitating promotions and events.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote the Tuscany Casino and all current promotions/entertainment
  • Adhere to Tuscany Suites & Casino’s policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Promote the Player’s Club and its benefits to casino guests.
  • Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment.
  • Relay information to guests about all promotions, entertainment and events.
  • Input all new members into computer and print player’s club cards.
  • Reprint lost or stolen cards.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of Customer Service experience. Basic computer and typing skills. General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo and card games a plus. Computer experience with database. Must maintain a professional appearance. Positive customer service, communication and listening skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor. Reports to the Players Club Supervisors and Director of Marketing. Must present a friendly, professional attitude at all times. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat, clean appearance is a must, Bi-lingual preferred. Must be able to work in a environment with exposure to second hand smoke and high noise levels
