Lickstein Plastic Surgery is a highly reputable plastic surgery practice in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We are seeking a SUPERSTAR patient concierge to be a welcoming first impression of our office.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, excellent customer service, interpersonal and telephone skills, and a strong work ethic. Strong computer skills are required. Experience using Nextech is highly preferred. Experience working in plastic surgery or dermatology preferred.

This position will utilize all your skills interacting with a high volume of patients weekly in an upscale practice where patients seek medical, aesthetic, and med spa services.

As the concierge, you are the first impression of the practice and must become knowledgeable of all the services and products offered. You will check patients in and out, answer the phone and respond to text messages, schedule appointments, verify insurance, assist with sales, and answer inquiries.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits. You must be available to work Monday through Friday until 5:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
